• Eat the highest quality, most Chemical Free Food that you possibly can.
• Always drink Filtered Water as too many unwanted chemicals are present in tap water.
• Protect your body from the Menacing Ultra-Violet Rays of the sun.
GET REGULAR Check-Ups with an unbiased, weight-educated, physician who will not berate you or ignorantly blame most health issues on your weight. Demand annual, complete blood tests, EKG, chest X-Ray and urinalysis. Females: get a regular pap smear and mammogram, Males: get an annual PSA and Prostate Exam – as directed by the American Cancer Society. (Be sure to seek out a physician who sees the whole picture about fat, not just the narrow-minded one of most of the medical/diet industry.)
